We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Inland Auto and Sports Unlimited. As a result, we provide the following return assurance guarantee policy. Any unopened product may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchased price. Before a product can be return, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be given, and must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Any items returned without prior approval (RA#), will be subject to refusal. Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and exceptions are not granted without approval derived from shipping insurance claims.

  Any claim for damaged merchandise must be made upon receipt of the merchandise. Please inspect package for any visible signs of damage. If package is damaged, do not open, and call us immediately at (888) 636-6747 for further instructions. If there is no visible damage, but damage is discovered upon opening, please call immediately for further instructions. Damage claims must be filed with the delivery service company, within their timeframes to protect all involved against damages incurred during transit by carrier. Careful cooperation through this process will insure worry-free purchase protection for our valuable customers.

  Opened items may be returned within in 14 days of receipt, if returned in original condition. It need not be stated, but please understand, we do not warrant items damaged by abused, or improper usage. They are absolutely no exceptions to this rule for obvious reasons. Any item determined to be abused or damage by the purchaser will void any, and all warranties for said item, implied or otherwise stated.  

  Any situation not covered in this written return policy, will be handled on a case by case basis. Any determination made by Inland Auto and sport Unlimited, will be considered final, but may be appealed in writing within 30 days of said determination for appeal review.
